My People

"If only we could learn how to understand, love, and respect one another. If only we could regain the trust we had for one another, as man & woman, back when our ancestors fought for our rights and freedom. If only we could break free from the chains of this materialistic world, where we only fantasize about ferragamo belts, being famous, and 30in weaves -- not advancing ourselves or our families. Because nowadays you can't "trust" anyone because all anyone cares about is money and image. If only we could realize that the invisible hand we're chasing, lacks substance if the people around us lack substance."
