My People

 

What is awesome about my people is that we embrace our struggle, and the odds that stand against us.

But even though the odds are poverty, violence, hatred, and lack of motivation. Still we manage to find a way to overcome and brush off the situation.

What’s awesome about my people is the possibilities that remains in our possession. Knowing the fact we hold the strength and power to unlock so many great things that can change our outlook of this so called recession.

What’s awesome about my people is when we use this saying “Say it loud, I’m black and I’m proud” because to me, those words are basically expressing that we as a people are here and we refuse to let you bring us down.

What’s awesome about my people is how we don’t pay attention to the nonsense regardless of what is being said to us, we let our strength and pride speak volumes as our defense.
