My Poem

She walked that night for a very long time,

Into the darkness,

Between the trees,

Through the canyon,

Beneath the stream,

For floating around the wonderland

Among the mermaids she had swam

Within the cave she ran so quick

Under the bridge,

Along the shore,

Beyond the sunset,

Her mind had sorn, the high was gone, her mind was calm,

Home for now but not for long.
