My Power Poetry

I'm knocked down pushed aside walking with frowns no one to help guide, guide a little girl that can't speak up to stop the hurt the lies & all the pain that stay shut. Her mind is loud it wants to shout & paint the whole world, paint it red blue yellow & green but society says you're just a little girl with a silly dream something you can never achieve. Little girl stick to the doctorate degrees that stay getting the green that get the cars, the house, & feed the family because thats what life really means. That's what they want you to see but i'm going to be me little girl is going to set her mind free: draw her feelings, she pauses the moments, dont stop her now she's on a roll, shes going to take care of the lyrics & listen, & stick with the flow & will still succeed. Remember Her Remember Me;like it or not that's my power poetry.
