God, thank you , you hear my cries, and i pledge do do my best to cry no more.

You gave me a voice not to cry but to help myself and those i can.

Crying words, gave rise to opportunities for healing but not living, and for now,

II am done and have nothing left in me to cry. My husband and family need me.

The "age old saying" silence is golden, Duct tape is silver has no place in living

Wwhole healed and free.
