My Process Of Becoming

extraordinary

our whole lives we become things

strange waves of new thoughts

a developing

from base instinct to wisdom

conscious of the world  

my perception changed

and here is what I’ve studied 

my true direction  

questions will remain

but I’m stronger than before

ready to traverse

compassionate gaze

I’ve learned is to be wiser

helps bring empathy

I must advocate

for those not yet built a voice 

inclusion is key

focused and centered

enlighten those around me

boost their confidence 

help design new rules

serve the collective logic

consider its flaws

true to my passion

I become a creator

venturous in tone

fly across stages

bringing delight to the minds

imagination

I’m becoming bold

a want to change influence

determined to soar
