My rage within

Some days are fine, some days are great Some days I love, some days I hate. I need to find an escape; I need to find a way To go through life peacefully each day. So much anger and frustrations inside At times I feel I should run away and hide. Hide away to keep the ugliness of my soul concealed Hide away from world, until my soul is healed. I let things drive me crazy, I let things get to me I need to learn how to let go, to just let it be. To never become angered, for me, is a bit incredulous But because of my anger, my actions have become more and more impetuous I need to control the anger now; I need to act fast Or my next action may be my last I now realize my problem and feel it is not too late It is my time to take control of my fate For my friends, for my family and for myself I will do what I can to get help It will not be easy and it will not be swift But it is my mind and spirits I must lift For nothing is as bad for your soul as an enraged mind And it’s the pathway that leads to tranquility I must find. Starting here and now I will try my best To purge my soul of anger and put my mind to rest.
