My Remedy
A night where people are the same,
Where no one becomes your friend nor care about your name.
This is dark as a tall gloomy shadow,
Right below you but doesn't wana follow.
But the only remedy is light.
I'm like a lost puppy at the corner of the street,
Sniffing to find the direction to my mother's scent so sweet.
From corner to corner can't find the way,
Singing my screams wishing this road kept straight.
Winds curve me away taking me no where right,
But the only remedy is a true guide.
Feelings of a man of twist and turns that never freeze,
Crazier than a romping tormented beast.
Feelings of winter at summer,
Or those of humor with out laughter.
Wild like hustlers in a mob,
But the only remedy is God.
