My Saving Grace When I Dont Feel Worth Savin

ok breath

today we are going to embrace everyone with open arms and say hi how are you

were going to stop trying to convince ourselves that we shouldn't feel hungry like eating is a sin due to some flabby skin

Today we are going to act normal in front of him smile laugh at his jokes try not to stare but keep eye contact to see if he’s noticed you today we're gonna go home and do work

Stop thinking that through all the effort you’ll just fail sit back stuff your face feel sick for eating and shun yourself

Tonight we're going to make it to bed on time 9:30 like we planned instead of 12:00 cause were to trapped in our thoughts burning to be expressed keeping your eyes open because when closed eyelids read tears, pain, hunger, anxiety, let me sleep

Tomorrow at 5:40 in the morning were gonna wake up spend time staring in the mirror lost in insecurity looking for confidence shed a tear wipe it away leave the house

Hi how are you

Im fine

Actually i'm not fine im depressed actually everyday is an internal war with my anxiety and depression right now their choosing which one is going to make it hard for me to be happy no i'm not fine through my pain I have died through my poetry I am resurrected

I can go to my poetry when ears can’t bare the weight of my emotional scars and pain

My poetry helps me speak when anxiety’s got my tongue and the words won’t come out

My poetry is my saving grace when I don’t feel worth saving
