My Savior

Looking down this road I have taken

All my childhood dreams were mistaken

The future that I am makin'

Has nothing to do with my childhood aspirations.

I'm such a rush to grow up, no patience.

Life is no longer a vacation.

I just can't wait to be a full citizen of this nation.

I consider myself a real artist

Every time it feels that my soul has departed

I would write down a rhyme as soon as I thought it

And my soul came shooting back like I was a target.
