My Savior

I ate the apple.

lost, broken, but not forgotten.

Shrouded in darkness

I lost my path.

Alone, and scared, but not forgotten.

In this darkness, I see a light;

a helpful hand, a pleasant sight.

you are my lamb.

You are my Shepard.

You took my pain.

Endured my lies.

Without you, there is no life.

When I am lost, I seek your light.

When I fall down, I seek your hand.

I try to live a life of love,

but without you, my life is lust.

I may go blind and lose my path,

but you are there to guide the way.

It was me, who ate the apple.

Lost, broken, but now I'm found.
