My Savior

The Earth was dark.
The Earth, it quaked.
The rocks were split and there you hung.
Blameless, perfect, sinless son of God.
On a tree you drank His wrath.
You became iniquity.
For me.
You took my place in space and time.
You walked to the cross and took what's mine.
You are the King of Kings.
Thank you Lord, for loving me.
A creature once your enemy.
