My Scream
Sometimes, I fantasize about screaming. Not just any scream: screaming my scream as loud and as long as I please. Screaming until my throat goes dry and the earth parts. Of course, I could never do this. I would have to go someplace deserted to let my scream out. Otherwise I might bother people. I might offend somebody. Why should they have to listen to my scream? They have their own scream. I couldn’t bother people. But I listen to their screams They scream all they want I give no emotions to their screams I dare not to critique them. I fantasize about screaming. Sharing my scream with the world, not screaming my scream in a deserted area where no one would hear me… but a crowded area. People would hear. I could have an effect on them. My scream could change the world. I could scream. But I couldn’t. I can’t offend people can’t bother them The fact of the matter is: I am too scared to scream My Scream.
