My Secret

Provocated I am,

by this poetry slam,

to express,

to feel,

to be vulnerable.

Now it may not ryhme,

or be in correct time,

but I,

now know,

who I am.

My heart belongs to dance,

with the slightest chance,

of beating,

of soaring,

for another love.

A love greater than others,

more than mothers,

or fathers,

or brothers and sisters.

My heart bangs against my chest,

now I must confess,

the person,

the passion,

the one true love.

He takes my breath away,

for now I must say,

I'm free,

I'm happy,

I feel full of joy.
