My sight

Stranded on an island I might be

I would like to be able to see the world around me

my contacts help me see the world in focus

without them it would be bogus

if one item was all I could take with me

I would be sure to bring a pair of contacts to see

without contacts I see blur

what kind of experience would that truly be

if I am stranded on an island unable to see the world before me
