My Silent Voice.

Sometimes it builds up inside of me

Its words taunting me and pulling me in

Telling me everything could be alright

Telling me it will eventually happen again.

Then, i sit.

Staring at the empty screen

My emotions seem to merge into one

Before I know it my mind is racing

It crashes in on me what I've become.

My mind screams I AM A MONSTER

My words are better reflected on the screen.

Venting my anger and sadness in art

That is what poetry is for me.

When the frustration of my mistakes gets to me

When its getting hard to breathe

When the claws of my anger scrape against my ribs

My art voices what must be heard, what must be seen.
