For My Sister

Maggie,

I wish you would’ve said something

Instead I was caught off guard

I like to hope that you were too

Other wise you would’ve told me

Right?

I know I can’t go back

But if I could return to that day

I would find a way to fix it for you

Your pain wouldn’t have caught up to you all at once

And maybe you wouldn’t have wanted to stop living

I know it’s not fair of me to be upset at you

But sometimes I am

I’m not proud of it

I just can’t believe you would want to leave me here

Alone

But alive

But alone

I know it’s selfish

But I wish you could’ve thought of me in those moments

And maybe you wouldn’t have wanted to die

And I could’ve been enough to keep you alive

As you know, I always had a hard time

With emotions and self expression

But I can tell you without a doubt

I love you

You were always there for me

The perfect older sister

I just wish I could’ve been there for you

I’m sorry

Love from,

Jackie
