My smile is

My smile is

2 and ½ years of braces

It is

my college acceptance letter

my first lead role in a play

My smile is

my parent’s love

my brother’s wedding

my niece’s birth

My smile is

the most precious pearl in the ocean

My smile is

strength

dignity

hope for the future

It is

the root of my childhood nickname, Sunshine

My smile is

never forced

given willingly

a gift I would never return

My smile is

the only thing I need to wear to feel beautiful
