My Soul To Keep.

When the streets are at their darkest, Is when he dawns his battle. Green-eyed and lustful, to the damned shadows, he will not go back without the prize. The illumination from her body, radiant and exultant. The spirits cease to dance in the presence of her. That which feeds his ego, what gives him joy, is indebted to his adversary. When her gaze pierces through his pride. He knows he cannot have her.
