My Strength

I will take the pain If that means I succeed It could be the physical Or the mental Emotional pain But I will not fail It’s not for my family Though they have given me the guidance and strength to push through It’s for me To push through the obstacles The challenges The fears The flaming hoops in life that would force others to succumb to failure I will prevail Endure Push Pray Fight my way through I know what those challenges will entail The “you can’t do it” Or “you will go down” Not me Give me a goal and I will win Give me a challenge and I will win Give me negativity and I will win Tell me I can’t And I will show you I can You want a quitter? Look further because I will take the pain I will succeed.
