My Struggles

Why my struggles That entangle me bound Like being stuck in rubble? Stuck with these struggles day by day Being among the talk and drama but wait, There’s much more to say My struggles make me feel isolated Out of time and over dated. With the stress and peer pressure that surrounds me, Each and every day they say these struggles couldn't be me Being me going through so much at a young age Got me boiling, pumping, and em-barged with much rage. It’s hard dealing with the sins of the world in my world Got me scourged and twisted and in a storming heartbreaking whirl Dashed about in a cyclone Leaving heartless, cold, and all alone Scrapes and bruises from my past Still haunt me now, Alas! Go away my struggles! Let me be! Like a slave bound in shackles, set me free! Go on with your life and don’t worry about mine My struggles will vanish in an amount of due time So tired of people saying its okay But they won’t know that til they've struggled my way I now understand my struggles won’t fleece But will stress me and drive me to the point of my decease These struggles can’t be cured it’s like a banal disease that slowly Kills me while I look forward to seeking peace.
