My Survival

This island is barren, the trees sway in the wind

But I can’t imagine being lonely with you

As I sit on the beach, sand in my hand

I know that with you, the water is more blue

Your stories are great, your laugh is contagious

You light up my sky and roll with my waves

You are all I need to survive
