My Tears...
sometimes when no-one else is around
in the dark i start to cry
then you can hear the saddest sound
of a tear about to die
born from my memories
through the windows of my soul
little saline racers
down my cheeks they go
my tears they flow with feeling
changing shape with each emotion
a steady leak for dealing
with all of lifes commotion
i cry to express, all the things i feel
whether from my memory
or a friends genuine ordeal
i cant stop the flow from flowing
or the memories they bring to mind
but i take deep peace in knowing
they're healing all they find
