My Thanksgiving

Thank you

No, Not just to the People I know,

But to the Creators as well

Exercise-- For keeping me healthy

Sports-- How I become Calm in moments of Anguish

Music-- Inspiration from Kendrick, Bruce, and many more

Church-- Giving me Order in Chaos

Colleagues-- For the created who I am

Coaches-- All the hard work that built Character

Teachers-- Forcing me to Believe in myself

Friends-- Showing me the Light in all the Dark

Pa-- Rest in peace, it is well Deserved

Mimi-- Guiding me to never back down from a Challenge

Grandmother-- Teaching me the importance of Care

Grandfather-- Creating the verb ‘Persevere”

Jason, my brother-- The Cornerstone in my life

Dad-- Pushing me to my limits

Mom-- Your support and undying love for my well being

No, this goes beyond giving thanks,

The ones who created who I am,

The ones who I owe everything to,

The ones who I look up to,

The ones who put everything on the line for me,

The ones who sacrificed more than I ever could,

The ones who take risks,

The ones who don’t care what others say,

There is no words to describe my thanks
