To My Thief
Jealousy,
The reality I had to live through
Because realistically
Writing is something I commit to
Gotta sit through
Defending my own conflict view
I’m coming see so consciously I gotta contradict you
Writing this piece to remind you who the best is
Between you and me because you seem to forget it
Writing about you,
That does seem kind of excessive
But so is thievery so I guess I have to address it
I’m the best lyricist,
Oh you thought you could spit?
You thought you could deceive me with your fast tongue and your wits
I don’t just pass you,
This is a total eclipse
thought you set the bar high?
I simply stepped over that shit
A thief is a thief,
Enough with all the lies bro
That poem is mine,
Stop acting like you can write those
I not good, I’m God…that’s a typo
Plus our styles are different,
We write nothing alike bro
I see your game and there’s no benefit
Rename you Benedict
Because all you’ve done is been a dick
You think its success,
It’s just my anger that’s knocking
I hit grand slams when up to bat man
And this kid is robbin’
That story is mine,
This isn’t a debated view
Real recognize real,
Really I’m more creative than you
Let’s be honest,
I’m cleverer and quick witted
I’m better at writing and a hell of a lot more artistic
I’m pretty pissed,
But you couldn’t see under my fitted
Question; how’d you write that piece if I’m the one that’s gifted?
Your writing’s easy
Writing what’s already been written
That’s the reason I’m trippin’
You haven’t been forgiven
I’m firing off so you better start sprinting
Because I’m calling shots
I suggest you call a mortician
I’m mean mathematically,
There’s no comparing to my strategy
Tryna measure though I appreciate the flattery
But don’t think you can steal my writing so casually
Because this betrayal that happened mattered to me
You trapped it and trashed it man what a tragedy,
But get this ratchet a casket,
There’s about to be a casualty
Something wrong with this poem?
