My Thoughts

How could my mom leave me, the daughter she gave birth to, the daughter she claimed to love? Why did God take away my dad, the only parent that cared about me, the dad I didn't get a chance to know? Why don't my aunts and uncle care about my grandparents enough to make all of their problems go away? When will we take a stand against the bullying, violence, gangs, discrimination, hate. What's the point of taking a sharp object to your wrist and letting it bleed, when it doesn't make your pain go away; instead, you're just adding more pain? These are some of my thoughts, the thoughts that can't be set free, the thoughts that won't get answered, the thoughts that overwhelmes my heart and suffocates my soul.
