my tomb

I dragged my aching limbs from the bed that was my tomb

they weighed me down as I made the trip down the stairs

I sat on the couch that sunk with my weight

listening to the loud heavy screeching of the tv

i laughed at the dancing shapes on the screen so bright with color

and for a moment

i was lost ad giddy floating on a cloud of bliss

...

"oh,so now your happy"

i was

i was for that split second of joy of dissappearing

my smile quickly vanished

i returned to my tomb my tired limbs falling and sealing it shut-cc.
