My truth

I ran from an unhappy home watched my mom get beat everyday
Living in the street life
Built up anger just wanted to be on my own
I lost my mind momma lost control over me
I thought I was grown doing grown thing
Living life on the streets with no help
I had to hustle everyday to survive
It wasn't easy but making money became addicting

Father upset and wondering what am I doing am I okay since I left two years ago
Always had a good environment at my dads
But I decided to be with my mom and run the streets instead
Had doubts daily felt so lost and lonely
Addicted to weed and pills
Selling drugs became slow
Guys from school started wanting to pay me for pleasure or just to be
Seen with me

Daily I felt guilt had two girls older than me escorting paying me nightly
To I, myself selling my body to complete strangers time to time
Making sure I had money to eat, have clothes, some place to sleep
Not having support nor parent guidance
Felt so lonely and depressed felt like giving up Until I met him
We clicked from the time we locked eyes
No one could break the bond we had
We both wanted the same thing but together
Until he asked me"baby we need money, are you willing to have sex for money,
Can you hoe up and support us"
Knowing what sex trafficking could lead to being in the game I was willing to
I was willing to do whatever to make him happy like Bonnie & Clyde

Being 16, lost, hurt, incomplete, depressed, confused, homeless,
selling drugs, pimping, to escorting
Living everyday in fear of everything being taken from me,
Kidnapped, raped, or even killed
Teenagers are easily forced in sex trafficking and it's scary
Could never know you mostly see little girl that are sex trafficked that are
Forced and brain washed
Getting kidnapped, raped, and killed as your reading this

Living life i had in the streets
Then being locked up saved me from what the future pimping
And sex trafficking held for me
I just wanted to live on my own
Now I'm to young to live on my own
Back in a stable home good environment time to do right
And get my life back on track
