My Two Worlds

My world, two cultures, one family One culture vs the other Comprehending the two together The restrictions and rules of an afghan culture is much to different from an american culture Being from two different worlds has made feel like superior, I learn to live a life of a double Sometimes its fun but other times it makes me weak I fall to the ground and count to three I will not give up like my parents haven't either They risked their lives to bring me here Now that I'm here I will try my best to better myself for the future I plan to back to my hometown and my fathers birthplace of kabul, Afghanistan I will help the people in need but before I could I need an education for me That's why I'm writing this poem, so I can pay for school, earn my degree and help people the people backhome. I also plan on going to europe to finsh my education, in time it will come for my opportunity to be sucessful
