My Type of Therapy

Swish, swoosh, you wake up to a cloudy day by your beach house

The roaring of the waves are what really woke you up from your deep rest

But you do not mind, the sight of the early morning ignites your soul

You feel someting but that something is unexplainable

It similar to bliss, pure bliss like something that is comparable to the first

time you remember being happy

Words can take you there, nature can take you there

There are no things or another human being that can you feel this whole

The words write itself and they come out on the page like a secret you have been

hiding to yourself

Lettter by letter, word by word, you are slowly exposing yourself, layer by layer
