My Untold Secret

I have a secret

That’s unknown to you

I will share

But not know

Not soon

I work hard

But no one knows

You don’t see me

But I am close

I master my skill on a bed of greens

While perfecting my stance under blooming trees

Yet you don’t know

You don’t see me in the morning light

Nor in the snow

No, not in the rain

Not in the heat

But at the right time you may find me

I do train

I do get sprains

I do get bruises

All I have to do is power through it

Not show it.

The figures are bigger

More tough then I

But they don’t stand a chance

Against this secret of mine.
