My vulnerability

Honestly….I am pretty weak, Even seeming pathetic at times, But I’m fine admitting to my weaknesses, It’s pretty easy for me to relapse, To crumble like some poorly made cookie, To crack like some glass masterpiece, I seem confident, I sound too arrogant, I must be pretty cocky, But like you I’m just getting by, I would like to not relapse if possible, To not be so fragile like some spider web, Maybe then I can start to really be confident, Finally getting on with my life without regret, My sophomore year, Most of my friends found partners, And I really shouldn’t care, you’ve gotta be thinking, But if I had to be honest, I dated when I was younger…., And I guess something in me envies them, To watch something I was once in go so much better than what I had, And right in front of me nonetheless, What I had… It was one-sided, And most likely toxic, So I can’t help but look back, Relapsing back to oh child of Morningstar, Miserable calm and polite Tohru Morningstar. -Kitsuko Dragonstar
