My workplace

when you walk into your workplace, how do you feel?

Do You feel angry, sad or depressed?

Sometimes i feel like its going to last a very short time

Can i just vanish in midair?

Because

the blowdryers so high

and I’m getting so hot

the disdain of this women

I am so annoyed.

When i walk into my workplace i feel

hopeful that i would do someone hair that day

and hope that they will come back

but

when i look out these glass windows

sitting up high in my chair

i will feel jubilation

and attend to my occupation

not a word nor a reply

to the coworkers that surround me

but my ear

my eyes

my mouth

that is here

for the clients that walk through the door i will be respectful

and friendly to whoever walk toward me.
