My World

My world is small. My world is huge. I do not have a voice but I speak for you. How the world treats me speaks great volumes. What am I worth? Do I have any value? I'm the teen in that desk. I'm the infant in that car. My needs are great. Those I love went too far. I have no hope yet contain infinite promise. I represent you. Do you hear your conscience? My time is short. My days, oh, so long. I did not ask for this. Did I commit a wrong? I can't see past tomorrow. My reality is concrete. Will you give me a future? Will you advocate for me? Stand up for me! I'm a soul like you! Will you take my hand? What will you do?
