My youth

What happened to my youth ,where did it go ,Has anyone seen it? It was just right here, trust me I really mean it. I was in the mountains , it was there right by my side. When I went to that concert it was along for the ride. So many long road trips I couldn’t have made one without it. Hike after hike without it I doubt it ! Just the other day we were playing football. My youth was the reason I could tackle them all. It was with me those nights when we would help the sunrise. And every day on the job so I could keep up with the guys. Every hour, every day by my side without fail. I guess I stopped checking if it was hot on my trail. I took it for granted. I stopped caring and kept moving on, now I’m worried I’ve left it behind, and my youth is long gone. How did I not notice? How could this happen, I guess that is all on me. I was so focused on staying busy and I chose not to see. Somebody help me ! Please tell me what am I supposed to do now? Can I buy some ? Who has it ? Are they willing to sell? Then I remembered there is that fountain but where was it at? I need to find it in a hurry , do you have the map?
