by myself

you think it's easy being so outspoken

yet soft spoken and scared to my wits day in and out

everyday I fear it will be the last

death constantly at the back of my mind

In my few years,

I have lost so many, some so precious a part of me has gone missing,

I'm not sure what's left to live for

but then I wake up and look at that little bundle next to me

and wonder

was that why I was born?
