Myself

Loneliness I can live with
a few tropical fruit too, I must say
but to be without comfort
in my soul, nope,
no way, no way.

I could live 500 days
with a Wilson, Watson, Waldo
but without Myself, I, Me, oh
my heart would be dismayed

narcissism is a sin,
self-pity is deplored,
but self-love is but ignored
unless you're watching
porn

If i, or we, can't love ourselves,

is there anything more?
