The Mystery of the Dark

The Mystery of the Dark -

Not knowing what comes next

Or what has already come to pass.

A tragic unknown lurks

Just beyond reach,

Engulfed in the pure essence of pain.

Missing so much but yet having excess.

The Mystery of the Dark -

The journey to find the truth,

That seems to never be fulfilled.

A secret held between the likes of two people,

That seems to be constantly separating another two.

The Mystery of the Dark -

Hidden in shadows,

Waiting for the light of what is real.
