MYSTIC pt 1

Don't shame me

Despite conflict
I am who I want to be
At the end the moment
We're two people
With love that's potent
Let's be together
Let's stay up together
You know what I mean
There's not a lot of time
I may be falling apart at the seams
You quit in our prime
I can forgive that
I can't give you everything
But by golly I'll try
I love when you sing
I spent too many late nights askin why
Too many headaches no aspirin
I know I'm on a tangent
I can't say I cry
It's not part of the system
I know I missed some
But I accounted for all I needed
My feelings are rotten and selfish
You know
I leave my feelings at the door
I look in your eyes
Kinda mystic
But it's time for me to stop
I'm really holding back
What's truly pushing me to the top
these are facts
Stacks of memories unaccounted
Some I routed
I feel bad but
This is important and I'm kind of drifting
For the longest
I know I need you
For you I'm the wrongest
