MYTH

*"Myth"*

*The Local Man*

Societal beliefs clinging to us without discrimination,
Untold stories circulating the world as rumours,
Thoughts and statements with no basis of proof,
Self proclaimed reasearchers applauding facts with no proof of existence,
Known in every corner of the world,
Passed from generation to generation,
One era to the next still preserving the same statements,
No one has first hand information,
"Facts" filled with intertwined references,
You might have heard one or two,
You might have passed them to look cool,
Their existence is mainly found among the learned crew,
Easy to find just ask the nerds at any school,
Called by many names,
Known by common terms,
Some call them legends but i say
Just like true love everything is just a *Myth*
