Mythic Wellspring
Our time here is short,
And one day at a time,
We prove we have no idea of what we’re doing or of what’s on our minds.
While creatures and gods play and reign,
Humans rule this plane.
We fight and can’t agree,
But we can feel that our hearts still move towards the same end-game.
There is one who takes on the hurdles and joys of both worlds.
This goddess’s name is Rayna.
Not many know of her or her powers because she restrains them.
She is ancient and waiting.
Her only goal is knowledge.
She’s watched the other gods play their games for centuries,
But her power lies in discerning.
She studies biology, alchemy, and astronomy . . .
Knowledge is her true power and wisdom will transcend her beyond the Old Ones into eternity.
They will become stories, that become legends but she will become a timeless essence of invigorant effervescence.
Her patience will outlast them, no matter their tricky tricks. She lives amongst us yet we will not see until she sets us free.
She’s found peace in blogging on the interconnected web of peeps.
Her messages are simple and threaded deep but she means so much more than words can even keep.
Those that follow her know there’s so much more to hear and to see, so they keep following, hoping they’ll one day be able to connect all these intuitive pieces.
Our goddess Rayna will enlighten our minds and awaken our souls into the next era.
And by the time we see her, she will be gone. Because fame and glory do not interest this glorious faery of bright dawn.
She is an enigma and a fantasy of what we truly wish to be.
Our time of ignorance will end, when our light of endurance embarks us on our next evolutionary journey, what will be known as our next and greatest, last, “trend”. . .
