Naji
I was excited for his birth. I couldn't wait for him to come.
I had planned out all of his birthdays, I didn't miss one.
But when he was entering the world, it wasn't as easy as I thought.
Consistent seizures and multiple feeding tubes. I was distraught.
Hospitalized for weeks. We didn't know if he'd pull through.
The fear of losing him still gives me chills till this day.
I didn't like the thought at all, and I think about it today.
But he's exceeding all expectations. He's a three year old miracle.
We spend a lot of time together. I can't imagine life without him.
Because he has taught me many things. But never how to be without him.
He's the most important person in my life and I'll never let him go.
What would I do without Naji? I'll never have to know.
