Naked Beauty

People look at me

They creep through my profile pictures and my friend's tags.

Judge me

Say they see right through me

But who they see and who I am are

NOT THE SAME

I have no filters

Wear no make up

No place in this cookie cutter world

My pictures are not typical

They sport

No duck faces

or pictures from magazines

But instead

Crooked teeth

Loving family

I am

Scarred

Asymmetrical

and

Broken

But I am beautiful without looking through filters

My mind has no boundaries

My intelligence

Gives me strength

My words

Give me power

And my heart

Makes me beautiful
