Name Three Adjectives to Describe Yourself

sitting in class,

i was asked to describe myself.

in three adjectives.

i’m disappointed.

not in you- never in you-

but in me.

i’m disappointed.

i plead for help;

i ignore your advice.

i’m in pain.

i want help, but i don’t.

i want to get better, but i won’t.

i’m in pain.

my nights are spent venting,

if only to hurt you worse by never accepting help.

i’m complex.

i beg for a difference,

yet i push away any good.

i’m complex.

my brain says i’m hurting-

no matter how good my life is.

i’m disappointed.

i’m in pain.

i’m complex.
