Namibia . . .

As deep as the ocean

As high as the mountains

As clear as its blue waters

As secure as its brown rocks

As white as the clouds above

As amber as the sun, I love

As pure as the soft white cloud

As comforting as the rays of the sun

As green as the valleys and hills after the rain

As red as the Namib dunes

As refreshing as its softness on the eye

So unending my love as it’s dunes

So clear and secure

So pure and comforting

So refreshing and vast

Is my love without measure

Is my happiness a pure treasure

Am I content

in your beauty

with no end

for you, I will stand

Namibia to the end!
