Nani ʻāina (Beautiful Land)

                                                                Four Seasons here I come

To enjoy the lovely heat.

I haul my lazy bum,

To the beach that is so sweet.

Rich tourists don’t go in,

The beautiful bright blue sea.

But like no place I’ve been,

The big ocean speaks to me.

Uncle is hard at work

Searching for fish in the tide,

While malihinis lurk

To see what he will provide.

Honus on the lava,

Such a gorgeous sight to see.

Wish I had some Kava,

To drink with ono kimchi

That’s why

Hawaiʻi’s where I stay,

For now and everyday.

A hui hou
