The Narrow Road

Do you want to earn a fortune?

Don't you have eyes for the orphan?

I see their fears and can't stop myself from hearing their cries

They cry and we act as if we're deaf, or we say "I can't help them"

All they need is a friend

The orphan isn't looking for perfection, just for some affection

Have you ever faced rejection?

They need someone to take an action

They just need someone's love and affection

All they want is a happy home

I want to speak up for the parentless child

I hear their cries, see their faces, and can't ignore their plea for help

I can hear them saying, "I once was that orphaned child"
