Natoma
Time and distance blurs the image of a love you can’t forget,
Feeling a love no longer mine.
I’ll swim to your lighthouse. From far away, I still see your shine.
But breathing isn’t easy when the notions are too heavy.
Missing you like melodies in my head, it never skips a beat.
So what do I do when I hear your song? Do I dare not sing along?
Even though I know the words won’t change?
It’s okay I don’t need them to.
Because even as of now that you’re not here. I climbed mountains of houses every night just to see your face on every leaf,
On every branch,
On every tree.
And just say your name.
