Symphony of the forest
Nature's sweet melodic discord
A chaos to my naiive ears
Perhaps a harmony to yours
Teach me to be of accord
To understand the crickets cry
Interpret the river's current
And learn the bird's whistling chimes
Symphony of the forest
Artfully composed by my God
What secrets are you concealing
in your bright, orchestrated laud?
