nature's truth

green leaves

fall off of trees

in the mist of spring

i thought i was in a crystalis

i thought i was changing

but i was only an icecycle

hanging off the limbs

of her heart

i've melted

now i'm just slush

where the green leaves lay

and the bare trees wait for summer
